WesleyCare Family Medicine Center
The staff at Wesley Family Medicine is comprised of physicians who teach family medicine residents and medical students at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. The students and residents provide direct patient care along with our faculty primary care physicians and nurse practitioners. We provide comprehensive, high-quality healthcare for your family.
Kansas Physician Group
Our internal medicine specialists serve as primary care physicians, helping keep adults healthy and treating general health problems. They also treat chronic conditions and coordinate care with any specialist you might need.
At Kansas Physician Group, our primary care physicians serve as your gateway to medical care. We partner with our patients to help them prevent health complications, manage active disease processes and coordinate care with specialists. Our team of primary care physicians and nurse practitioners also provide annual physicals and treat everyday illnesses when they arise.

At Wesley Children’s Hospital, our focus is on the patients and the families we serve. The core of that focus is our family-centered approach to getting your child back to good health. The doctors, staff and administration are fully committed to safety, humanity and service for every pediatric patient we serve.
Appointments
Our primary care centers see patients by appointment only, Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 4:15 p.m., except holidays. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare.
To schedule an appointment, please call (316) 962-3070. To cancel an appointment, please call the office at least 24 hours in advance.
If you fail to cancel an appointment three or more times without calling to cancel, you may no longer be allowed to use our services. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
Interpreters can be scheduled in advance for patients who do not speak English or who have a hearing disability.
For your privacy and the consideration of others, please turn off cell phones during your visit.
If you have an urgent care need after hours, please call (316) 962-3070. The operator will take your name and telephone number and contact the doctor on call.
What to bring to your appointment:
- Social security number
- Insurance card and the policyholder’s name and date of birth
- Photo ID
- All medications
- Forms you need the doctor to complete
- Consent for treatment, if anyone other than the legal guardian brings a minor to an appointment
- Payment or co-pay
